CQC/OFSTED REGISTRATION

We offer comprehensive support for CQC and OFSTED registration processes, including assistance with provider and Registered Manager applications, as well as the necessary supporting documents. We also provide interview preparation and guidance for Directors, Nominated Individuals, and Registered Managers.
 
For existing providers, we assist with registration updates or changes, such as adding or changing locations, regulated activities, service types, and service bands. We also specialise in supported accommodation registration for ages 16+, offering guidance on completing SC1 and SC2 applications.

GOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE

Our governance and compliance services include conducting service audits and providing support to implement and manage service systems and processes. We perform on-site or remote audits on a monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual basis. We also conduct CQC mock inspections aligned with CQC’s inspection framework, followed by action plans and ongoing support.
 
In addition, we offer CQC inspection support, including consultant assistance before, during, and after the inspection, and help with implementing the outcomes of inspections.
